"IT WAS A PLEASURE!!! After moving quite a few times in the past, and having problems each and every time, I decided to use New York Movers after a friend of mine recommended them to me. Even though they were fully booked on the day I requested, they made a huge effort to move me on that same day in the afternoon. I was told I would have a move crew of 3 men at 8:00 am and I would be contacted if there were any delays. By 7:55 am the crew arrived and started moving my belongings. All my furniture was wrapped with blankets and could tell that the movers really cared. I have heard about movers that demanded a tip but my movers didn't even mention it. Everything arrived in the same condition it was when it was loaded on the truck and was put in the rooms I asked them to. They disassembled and reassembled my beds and tables and protected my glass items (they charged extra for glass items to be wrapped but I was aware of this prior to the move). By the time the move was over it was 3:00pm and the movers were patient and continued working right till the end. I was a little afraid with the hourly rate charge (how could I know that they wouldn't just take their time and work slow?), but the movers worked hard from start to end. In other words, IT WAS A PLEASURE!!! # ??? Finally, a moving company that cares! Both my wife and I have dealt with many moving companies over the years, but we agree that the move yesterday was by far the best. The crew did an amazing job. They were courteous, pleasant and very professional. I originally moved out of my condo and into storage. It didn't go well. I hired Remarkable Movers to move me out of storage and into my new home in New York City .

They were friendly and exceptionally professional. David in support was incredible. Everything was well protected, they seem to be taking their time but still moved me in fast.. I was expecting the move to take longer (one floor condo versus three story heritage home).

The most amazing parts were the large six drawer dresser (particle board with veneer) that weighed 300 lbs. Brought it up to the third floor without a single ding, scratch or scuff on it or the walls, ceiling, stairs, banisters, etc. plus the queen size bed frame with steel frame and hideaway storage compartment. Remarkable Movers were able to bring it up the front of the house and through the second story balcony.

Without question the ONLY Company I will hire to move my home is Remarkable Movers. They worked harder, took less time, made me feel totally at ease and for 2/3rd what other world recognized moving companies would charge. A total win-win-win situation.

The Best Movers is Remarkable Movers

First started looking for a moving company on mover reviews since I felt we had a difficult move ahead. We have many antiques that, if damaged, cannot be replaced. We also had 3,000 sq.ft of home that we had lived in for 15 years to move. To make everything more difficult, we were not taking everything. We were moving what we wanted to keep and leaving the rest until we vacated the house in a few months. When the estimator from Remarkable Movers called to give us a quote, he had to really look beyond what was in each room since some of it was going and some not. And, to make everything better, he told me my 14" long long-arm quilting table could be moved intact instead of breaking it down into parts. This has saved me many, many hours. The other moving companies I contacted told me that they would have to charge me the same amount it would cost to ship a boat to have it moved in one piece because of its size. The estimate came in as the highest of the three I called for. The companies were Allied, United, and Wheaton. However, the final cost was the lowest of any of the estimates once

they had weighed the truck. The part of this move I most appreciate was that even though I had said I would do part of the packing, I realized I was not going to be able to do it all. I called the company. They sent out people a day ahead of schedule who immediately went into each room with me and started organizing what I had already done, and continuing on. Since the main problem was that I was running out of space in the house, they brought the moving van out a day early also so we could put the packed things into it creating more space in the house just to see where we were at!!! They went through each room several times to determine what we were taking and what was to be left. They were cordial, polite, and had a sense of humor. Remarkable Movers was great. When they arrived at our new house, they unpacked, stacked, and did everything they said they would do. I do not own stock in this company and I have to thank Citysearch for making me aware they exist. I would definitely recommend Remarkable Movers using them especially if you are in the Brooklyn or New York Area. Our Driver was Mike and the Estimator was Frank Lenore. Again, check this company out!

As a woman, having trustworthy movers is even more important because I don't want to feel uneasy with strange men in my home. All of the 4 movers, that were on our moving crew, were the most amazing guys. Remarkable Movers were all extremely friendly, trustworthy and spoke perfect English (native English speakers). Even though my husband was with me during the move, I would have felt 100% okay if I were alone with any of the guys on the moving crew. This was important to me since I have had dodgy movers in the past and I was so happy with the professionalism, trustworthiness and friendliness of all of the guys at Remarkable Movers. Also, when we were done unpacking, the owner of the company came back out to our new home and collected all of the packing supplies that we had used. This was excellent because this way we did not have to find a way to dispose of them (although if you want to keep them, you can purchase what you want from them). The move itself was perfect: The crew showed up right on time and got straight to work. They were extremely speedy and this move was very quick which made us happy since we chose to pay by the hour. We have had bad experiences in the past when paying by the hour that the guys would take a lot of breaks to draw out the move in order to make us pay more but there was none of that with Remarkable Movers! They were very quick and drove straight to our new address and unloaded even quicker than they had packed everything up! The driver of the van knew our city very well and he found our new home perfectly!

I am glad I found Remarkable Movers to help me move. The crewman Mike and his team were excellent. They were polite, professional and worked very hard to make the move easy on us. Though it rained the whole time, they never stopped. I was worried what is going to happen to my new carpet. But Remarkable Movers took the time to put some protection on the carpet before they started the move. I cannot stop raving about how excellent these guys were. Also, the sales person on the phone Lenny was very helpful. Overall, I am extremely happy with Remarkable Movers ' service and I will definitely use them again.

This is my first time using a moving company. I was skeptical at first, but they did an amazing job!! Remarkable Movers were very careful with my stuff, and very polite. I have two small children, and they were very patient with having the kids around. Not only are their prices fair, but they are very professional. They went above and beyond, and went out of their way to work with me!! I would def. recommend Remarkable Movers to anyone who plans on moving

Between me and my elderly parents we have moved 5 times in the past 4 years and had some truly horrifying moving experiences. Remarkable Movers has restored my faith in the whole process. They arrived promptly and set right to work. My parents aren't the most organized and some odds and ends were left unpacked. These guys had no problem helping me throw stuff into boxes at the last minute and their easy going attitude took a lot of the stress off of me. I will be keeping their number in my blackberry for future use and to give to all my friends and co-workers. Simply the best!

This was one of those times when only a miracle can save you. I was tied up with many things at the same time. My wife just gave birth and our contract just ended with the landlord. We were planning on moving before my wife was gonna give birth but it didn't exactly come out that way. I didn't know what to do, be with my wife or go move the house before our lovely landlord starts "moving" our stuff herself, in short we didn't exactly love each other. First thing I did was call my buddy which in the moving business and he was full so my situation wasn't so good. But he recommended Brooklyn Movers as an alternative. So I called, since then they took care of everything for me. I was able to spend almost all of my time with my wife, and everything was done fast.

I have to say that this was an excellent experience, Mike was extremely helpful and answered all my questions promptly, and even though I had misjudged the amount of boxes needed, it was not treated as a problem, but solved seamlessly. I will certainly recommend Brooklyn Best Movers you to anyone moving house!

I can’t say enough about how great they were. They moved my apartment so efficiently-- they had estimated 7 hours for the move, but it only took them 4 hours. I was really impressed by their hard work and professionalism. Right from the time I called to inquire about price to post-move follow up, Brooklyn Best Movers - Best Brooklyn Movers exceeded my expectations. They are a good value, too. I found Brooklyn Best Movers - Best Brooklyn Movers through a google search and pretty much chose them because their prices were far superior to anyone else out there. What I didn't expect was such a high quality of service. That's not to say I had low expectations, but since I knew nothing of them before this experience, I really didn't know what to expect. Believe me when I say that they didn't disappoint. They sent 4 of the hardest working, careful, pleasant and most importantly, concerned individuals to take care of my move. By concerned I mean that they were genuinely concerned with keeping everything scratch/damage free. They take a lot of pride in doing a top notch job, doing it quickly, and doing it right. I'm giving Brooklyn Best Movers - Best Brooklyn Movers-866-386-0308 5 stars because they were everything I was expecting from movers with no surprises. They charged me exactly the price I was quoted over the phone, which was very reasonable compared to other Brooklyn moving companies' rates. I also opted to have them take care of packing my stuff. The men who moved me were super friendly and funny, and extremely efficient. I was shocked that my entire move was done in 2.5 hours (which was exactly the time that was estimated over the phone). They were extremely careful with my value items and LCD television, and were generally great, fun guys to spend a couple of hours with. It didn't even bother them that my dog was whimpering and crying the whole time since I had him tied up.
